Custom book cover design for eBook only. Full wrap setup for one template/printer (such as KDP) is available for an additional $50.00. Additional templates (if you plan on using IngramSpark and KDP combined for the paperback or also need a hardcover template) are $25 additional after the first full wrap.

25% deposit must be paid to schedule start date for cover work. Remaining balance is due before delivery of final full-resolution files. In the interim, watermarked, low-resolution images will be sent. We usually book out 2 to 3 months for custom covers. If you need it sooner, please contact us before ordering to see if we can accomodate your schedule.
Each cover level includes 2 concepts. Once concept is chosen, up to 5 revisions are included in base price. Additional revisions are charged at an hourly rate of $60 per hour unless the revision is based on an error made by Alt 19 Creative. Your eBook cover will be prepared at 6″×9″ at 300 dpi (1800×2700). You will receive three front cover files: large (6″x9″ at 300 dpi), small (600×900 pixels), and a media resolution at 1873 pixels in width—a universal size accepted by most retailers/distributors. If applicable, your full wrap cover will be set to the book size and page count of your formatted book. You will receive a print-ready PDF for the print wrap. In addition, you will receive a PNG of your book title as well as additional mockups of your cover to use for marketing.
Most any cover can be expanded into a series. If your order is for book one in a series, be sure to let us know so we can design accordingly, Additional covers in the series are available at 20% off ($160 each) for the front cover and full wraps are half off ($25 each).
TERMS:
1) Upon receipt of full payment, Alt 19 Creative grants the client an exclusive license to use the final cover design for the book in print, eBook, and promotional materials.
2) The client should consult Alt 19 Creative if he/she desires any alterations after the delivery of final files. The client understands additional payment may be required for changes.
3) The client agrees to abide by the terms of any license agreement for any images purchased by Alt 19 Creative through a third-party image provider for use in the book cover design. The final cost includes the standard license to use these images and may be limited to a print run of 500,000 units, depending on the terms of the third-party provider. If print run is exceeded, additional licensing may be required. If you desire to use the book cover image for t-shirts, cups/mugs, and products other than the book cover, extended licensing may be needed. Consult with Alt 19 Creative before doing so, More details will be provided on the images and the third-party providers used upon request. The original photographer owns the copyright to the images, and they cannot be distributed in any manner other than in the book cover design and promotional materials.
4) Alt 19 Creative has the right to use the layout for portfolio and advertising purposes on their website and social media accounts. Once you have revealed your cover or released your book, contact us and we will add the cover to our online portfolio and social media accounts. We will also announce your book on our Facebook page and in the Premade Covers from Alt 19 Creative Facebook group.
