Order Prepared

Alt 19 Creative will customize the premade for you and send an initial JPG for approval.

Revisions

Review the initial JPG and submit any changes or provide your approval.

Final Files

Upon your acceptance of the initial JPG, Alt 19 will prepare all the final files for your order.

  • Place your order for the premade. Deposits are not accepted. All sales final. No exchanges or refunds.
  • Submit title, author name, tagline, and series (if applicable). If you also purchased a full wrap add-on, we will need to know 1) your book size 2) your printer 3) paper color (cream or white) 4) binding type (paperback, hardcover with dust jacket, or case laminate) 4) ISBN (if applicable) 5) final page count. The spine of the full wrap cover is based on the final page count. Please wait to submit your final page count until you have the final formatted version of your interior.
  • Alt 19 Creative will customize the premade for you and send you an initial JPG for approval.
  • One initial round of updates is available. Any changes after will be charged at $10 a round (if you decide to change your tagline or title, etc.) unless a mistake was made by Alt 19 Creative.
  •  Once you've approved the initial JPG, Alt 19 Creative will send you the final files including 1) a high-resolution image 2) a low-resolution image 3) a media-resolution image (perfect for uploading to KDP, IngramSpark, or other service). Other files will be sent depending on any add-ons you ordered.
  • Each premade is only sold once.
  • Listed price of premade is for eBook front cover only. Full wraps for print (whether hardcover or paperback) can be added for an additional $29 each at any time,
  • All premade sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
  • Deposits are not accepted for premades.
  • Placeholder text is for display purposes only. All text is customized for you. Some alterations with font sizes may be done to fit your title and author name. If you don't know your title yet, no problem. We will provide you a mock-up until you are ready to have us complete the title.
  • Unless you are ordering a print cover set to a certain trim size, your eBook cover will be prepared at 6"x9" at 300 dpi (1800x2700). If you plan on adding a full wrap at a later date and already know your book size, let us know and we will prepare the eBook cover at your book size.
  • When purchasing a premade, you are agreeing to the terms of any license agreement for any images purchased by Alt 19 Creative through a third-party image provider for use in the book cover design. The final cost includes the license to use these images and may be limited to a print run of 500,000 units, depending on the terms of the third-party provider. If print run is exceeded, additional licensing may be required. Also, certain images cannot be printed on items such as t-shirts, mugs, and other items without premium licensing. If you wish to order tehse types of items, be sure to discuss with Alt 19 Creative to ensure proper licensing. More details will be provided on the images and the third-party providers used upon request. The original photographer owns the copyright to the images, and they cannot be distributed in any manner other than in the book cover design and promotional materials.
  • Alt 19 Creative has the right to use the layout for portfolio and advertising purposes on their website and social media accounts.
